Colt Training Short. The Torsa Colt training short has been carefully thought-out to help you get the most out of your workouts. Designed using a two way stretch fabric from our partner Labtex, the featherweight fabric has been treated with a wicking treatment offering optimal performance for high-intensity sessions. 

Crafted using heat-bonded seams to maximise comfort, a secret zipped mesh pocket was added for storing essentials. Signature T-panel detailing has been integrated into the side panel, whilst lilac drawcords from Japan finish off the style. The Colt functions as the ultimate training short designed for high intensity training and strength work.

Best gym shorts I own

These are hands down the best shorts I own - resilient but lightweight so I use them for both running and for weights session. With other brands I’ve always found I’ve had to comprise on cut round the leg to ensure enough room for mobility, but these have a perfectly trim fit whilst providing a nice elasticity in the material to perform squats, deadlifts etc without any issues. Will get the slate blue ones next.
