For UK orders we now offer free returns on all orders. Please contact us with your order number and we will provide a return label via email.
Unfortunately, for EU and International orders we cannot refund any taxes, duties, or in this case, shipping costs. We are working to make International returns more seamless, so please keep referring back to our Returns Policy page for updates on this situation. For International customers, we recommend returning the goods using a trackable service to ensure it gets delivered safely.
